Normally charged on a Time Charges plus Expenses at Cost above basic.

	Prolonged or exceptional negotiations with Local Planning Authorities at Stage C.
	Preparation and submission of Planning Appeals or assistance with same.
	Preparation of Development Plans, that is a plan of an area larger than that which is to be developed under a Basic Service or Partial Service appointment.
	Provide services in connection with demolition works.
	Design or advice in connection with furniture and equipment.
	Detailed design and advice for shop fitting works or works of special quality.
	Specialist acoustical investigations and specifications.
	Project cost planning.
	Provide information; make applications to Local Authorities, government or other Grants.
	Prepare and submit plans and specifications of proposed building works for approval of Landlord’s etc.
	Revised drawings, specifications and reports due to changes in clients instructions or changes in interpretation or revision of laws and statutory regulations.
	Consideration and administration arising from issue of Notices, applications or claims by the contractor under a building contract, delays in the building contract operations, delays resulting from defects or deficiencies in the work of the contractor, sub-contractors or suppliers, default, bankruptcy or liquidation of the contractor, sub-contractors or suppliers.
