Normally charged on a Time Charges basis plus Expenses at Cost.
Surveys can comprise all or any of the following:-
| Advice on the selection of sites and their suitability including discussions and negotiations with Planning Authorities, Agents etc | |
| Carry out measured surveys, take levels and prepare plans of sites and buildings as existing | |
| Provide services in connection with soil and similar investigations including contamination research | |
| Make inspections and prepare reports or give advice on the condition of buildings | |
| Carry out Quinquennial Surveys | |
| Asset Management Surveys | |
| Arrange for inspections and preparation of reports on mechanical, electrical and public health installations in connection with sites and buildings | |
| Prepare schedules of dilapidations and negotiate with landlords or tenants in connection | |
| Make preliminary structural surveys to ascertain whether there are any defects in the walls, roof, floors, drains or other parts of the building which may materially affect its safety, life and value. Organise, if required, further specialist inspections and reports to confirm preliminary findings | |
| Carry out surveys and prepare drawings suitable for Licensing Applications |
