Normally charged on a Time Charge plus Expenses basis or Lump Sum Basis.

Occasionally the client may prefer to engage TDRP to provide specified services selected from the various Stages described under Basic Services. The Client may have already prepared their own design and sketches and simply require TDRP’s skills and expertise to obtain Planning Consent and or Building Regulation Approval.

It may be that you want to negotiate your own tender with your selected Contractor but need TDRP to carry out inspections and certify work completed and value for payment required under condition of Mortgage or Loan Agreements.

You may require more detailed specification information than that provided on Building Regulation Application drawings and notes to ensure that your selected Contractor knows exactly what you want and makes appropriate provision within his Tender offer.
